Commercial Real Estate Paralegal - Adams & Martin Group

Adams & Martin Group is currently looking for candidates with Commercial Real Estate experience.

Experienced Legal Administrative Assistants and Paralegals are strongly encouraged to apply.

To qualify, candidates must have:

• At least 4 years of experience in title and survey review, with previous exposure to real estate transactions in a law firm
• Experience with commercial real estate leasing
• Franchise experience
• Drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial leases, and amendments (Paralegals*)
• Bachelor's degree and a paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program are preferred
• Researching real property tax and ownership
• Coordinating real estate closings
• Ability to work on-site daily
