Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Attorney
Location: (Hybrid: 2 days remote, 3 days in office) Richmond, VA

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle a range of complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development projects.
- Conduct due diligence, title review, and contract drafting and negotiation.
- Represent clients in real estate financing, including lender and borrower representation.
- Collaborate with developers, financial institutions, and corporate clients on multi-million dollar commercial real estate deals.
- Provide strategic advice on real estate investments and portfolio management.
- Work closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver full-service solutions to clients.
**Qualifications:**
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions (experience level determines salary).
- JD from an accredited law school; top law school is a plus, but not required.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Licensed to practice law in [state].
- A proactive, client-service-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple matters efficiently.
**Compensation & Benefits:**
- Base salary starting at $145K for first-year associates (commensurate with experience).
- 1,750 billable hours requirement.
- Discretionary bonus.
