The ideal candidate should have substantial experience with real estate financing, investment, leasing, and capital raising. Background in commercial and residential real estate transactions and development is strongly desired.

Desired Background:
- 4-8 years of experience as a commercial real estate associate in a law firm required
- Commercial property representation for a variety of uses
- Acquisition, disposition, financing
- Environmental regulations, zoning, permitting requirements
- Representing landlords and tenants in leasing opportunities
- No portable book needed
- Licensed to practice law in Illinois
- Extraordinary attention to detail, solid business judgement, and client-development skills are key
