Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Hotel Investment Sales Brokers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to earn a substantial income while building a fulfilling career in hotel investment brokerage. You will receive comprehensive training from our managing principal, allowing you to contribute directly to our company's growth while advancing your professional development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and investors in the hotel industry.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on market positioning, equity levels, and strategic options for maximizing returns on hotel assets.
- Collaborate with our team to execute successful hotel transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions.
- Continuously expand your knowledge of commercial real estate brokerage, with a focus on hotel brokerage.
Qualifications:
- High level of integrity, self-discipline, motivation, and determination.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Fast learner with a commitment to self-development.
- Highly coachable and receptive to feedback.
Training Program:
- Receive comprehensive training in hotel brokerage, including shadowing our managing principal and attending key meetings and presentations.
- Access training specific to communication and leadership skills.
Requirements:
- Georgia real estate license required; experience in commercial real estate brokerage preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial real estate sales or real estate brokerage.
- Ability to work remotely with a home office equipped for professional calls and meetings.
Pay and Benefits:
- Full-time position with a competitive commission-based salary ranging from $50,000 to $750,000 annually.
