Commercial Property Manager
Location: Pasadena, CA
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join our team on a 2-month contract, starting February. This role involves managing five shopping centers, overseeing daily operations, maintaining tenant and vendor relationships, and ensuring the properties operate efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations for five shopping centers, including maintenance and repairs.
- Handle tenant relations, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.
- Coordinate vendor services and requests for property upkeep.
- Prepare and manage property budgets, including financial reporting.
- Oversee lease administration, ensuring compliance with agreements.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in commercial property management.
- Proficiency in AppFolio or similar property management software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a professional, fast-paced environment.
Details:
- Duration: 2-month contract possibly longer covering a LOA
- Start Date: February 3rd.
- Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM or 9:00 AM-5:30 PM
- Salary: $23-$27/hour (based on experience)
