Job Title: Property Manager

The Property Manager (PM) will oversee a portfolio of Outpatient Medical properties, ensuring optimal operation and tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of outpatient medical facilities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities.
• Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.

Qualifications:

• Experience in property management, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare facility regulations.
• Proficient in property management software.
