We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing diverse commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from initial planning to project completion.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor project progress and address issues or delays proactively.
• Manage contract negotiations, change orders, and risk assessments.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and regulations.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
