Job Title: Construction Project Manager – Healthcare Projects

Position Overview: We are seeking a driven Construction Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare construction. This role involves overseeing projects such as hospitals, surgical centers, and medical clinics from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Project manager Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ground-up healthcare projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, and procurement strategies.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project alignment.
- Lead ICRA (Infection Control Risk Assessment) processes and maintain compliance with healthcare building codes.
- Conduct project meetings, track progress, and manage RFIs, change orders, and submittals.
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and risk mitigation on all job sites.
- Mentor and manage project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Project manager Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing ground-up healthcare construction projects.
- Strong understanding of healthcare-specific requirements (ICRA, medical systems, safety compliance).
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
