Tribble Electric is currently seeking a Commercial Project Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our Commercial Construction Department. The Commercial Project Manager will be directly involved in the strategic goal-setting process, assisting the department and Tribble Electric to meet operational goals and achieve continued success in the future. Under the Commercial Project Manager’s leadership, Tribble Electric’s client base will continue to enjoy the unsurpassed services for which the company is known.

What You’ll Do:
+ Demonstrate steady leadership over a team of commercial service technicians and admin staff.
+ Design and execute strategic commercial sales initiatives driving towards defined departmental goals.
+ Maintain clear and professional communication while interacting with customers.
+ Perform intake calls with clients to identify and understand the depth of their electrical needs.
+ Travel to active and potential job sites to assess the level of electrical need, document ongoing issues, and develop job materials lists.
+ Create detailed work orders/estimates for clients’ service calls.
+ Communicate with service department staff to ensure the accurate and efficient scheduling of service calls and addresses any questions surrounding the scope of work needing to be completed.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring:
+ Must be a qualified electrician with 5+ years experience in multifamily construction at the foreman level or higher.
+ Journeyman card or higher is required.
+ Experience managing 10+ people is required.
+ Must have experience with AIA billing and project management software.
+ Minor estimating experience is required.
+ Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Must be able to maintain a professional appearance and attitude in any situation.
+ Driving Requirements
+ Must have a valid Virginia driver’s license.
+ Must have positive points on state driving record.
+ Must be at least 21 years of age unless company approval is granted.
+ Must not have had a DUI, DWI, or reckless driving conviction in the last five years.
+ All driving records are run as part of our pre-employment process and reviewed at the discretion of the Safety Team.
+ Physical Requirements
+ Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb.
+ Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, unassisted.
+ Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
