What You’ll Do: 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service. 

• Interpret and work with blueprints to guide projects from concept to completion. 

• Collaborate closely with our shop to develop final product solutions tailored to customer needs. 

• Troubleshoot challenges and manage projects with precision, delivering results on time and within budget. 

• Bring organization and structure to our dynamic team, contributing to operational excellence. 

What You Bring: 

• Proven experience in commercial sales of hollow metal doors, frames, and hardware. 

• Expertise in customer relations and troubleshooting complex challenges. 

• Strong ability to interpret blueprints and coordinate with production teams. 

• A proactive, hands-on approach to running projects start to finish. 

• Preferred: Architectural Hardware Consultant (AHC) designation.
