POSITION SUMMARY:
The Loyalty Program Specialist is responsible for enhancing engagement among jobber and station partners, driving key loyalty initiatives, and serving as a subject matter expert for the Marathon ARCO Rewards Program. Primary responsibilities include managing program performance, developing strategies to boost engagement, and equipping jobbers and stations with the tools and resources to maximize program value.
This position is part of a job family with multiple grade levels. The successful candidate will be placed at a level commensurate with experience and qualifications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Marathon ARCO Rewards loyalty program, ensuring the efficient implementation of loyalty initiatives in alignment with program goals. This includes managing the program app, progressive web app, loyalty engine, and other technical aspects of the program.
+ Continuously evaluate program performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement to increase member satisfaction and engagement. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that program initiatives support broader business objectives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure program initiatives align with business goals.
+ Collaborate with loyalty team members to develop strategies that drive member retention and enhance member lifetime value through targeted incentives, promotions, and personalized offers. Work closely with the marketing team to design and promote campaigns that encourage program participation and brand loyalty. Utilize feedback and insights to address program-related issues and ensure a seamless member experience.
+ Track and analyze program KPIs, including metrics such as member enrollment, active member counts, and program effectiveness. Assist in preparing reports to present findings and insights to leadership and stakeholders. Stay informed on industry trends to keep the program competitive and innovative.
+ Oversee program budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources and maximize return on investment. Identify potential cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high program standards.
+ Coordinate and deliver virtual and in-person presentations for both internal and external audiences of varying sizes, highlighting program performance, benefits, and upcoming enhancements.
+ Manage relationships with loyalty support vendors, including CPG vendors and similar partners, to develop and implement strategic offers that support program goals.
+ Handle inquiries regarding program policies and practices as they arise, ensuring compliance and alignment with regulatory standards.
+ Collaborate with other support departments including Retail Payments, Brand Programs, Loyalty, and Innovation to ensure alignment with overall brand objectives.
The above responsibilities, notwithstanding, the final scope of the role will be determined by the experience level of the candidate selected.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or other related discipline required or five (5) years of marketing, brand, analytics, supply chain or other related experience in lieu.
+ Five (5) or more years of experience in marketing, brand, analytics, supply chain, or other related area required.
+ Up to 25% travel is required
