Position Overview

The Superintendent will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining safety protocols and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise during construction.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and adherence to project specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to provide updates and resolve any concerns.
• Prepare reports on project status, budget, and timelines for management review.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Familiarity with pool construction is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
