• Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial properties.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Inspecting plumbing systems to identify and address leaks, blockages, and other issues.
• Collaborating with contractors and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
• Adhering to safety protocols, including OSHA and fall protection guidelines.
• Keeping accurate records of work performed, including material usage and project progress.
• Participating in training and development programs to stay current with industry best practices.
• Operating company vehicles for project-related travel as needed.

• Proven experience in commercial plumbing is required.
• Proficiency in installing and repairing various plumbing fixtures and systems.
• Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements, including OSHA regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and professional work environment.
