Commercial Paint PM/Est - Gpac

We have a highly reputable Commercial Paint/Industrial Coatings Company urgently hiring for a Project Manager/Estimator! 

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Promote company services to General Contractors and property managers
• Bid commercial/light industrial painting projects exceeding $500K
• Provide leadership to project teams
• Be a hands-on and reliable leader

Position Qualifications:

• 10+ years as a Commercial Paint Estimator OR Project Manager
• Ability to understand and present products and services
• On-Center, Planswift, or similar software proficiency
• Specific experience in commercial painting required
• Must have the ability to utilize technology to enhance client service
• Proficiency in PlanSwift
