The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial painting and estimator projects and will be responsible for the planning and management of commercial painting projects and related workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate cost estimates for commercial painting projects.
- Negotiate and execute contracts with clients.
- Develop project plans and timelines for painting projects.
- Manage day-to-day project operations including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders as necessary.
- Ensure all projects are completed within the agreed-upon budget and timeline.
- Interact with clients throughout the project to ensure their expectations are met.
- Prepare and track project invoices, payments, and reconciliation.
- At least 5 years of experience in commercial painting and estimator project execution.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with city, state, and federal regulations pertaining to commercial painting projects.
- Salary: $75k-$90k
