As the Commercial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations for an established commercial HVAC and plumbing company serving the Massachusetts and New Hampshire markets. You will oversee the field technicians and be responsible for new client acquisitions to build a profitable and growing commercial plumbing business. We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on leader with an entrepreneurial mindset.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage, train and lead all commercial field technicians
- Responsible for the overall profitability of the commercial business
- Achieve and exceed targeted KPIs
- Responsible for new client acquisition to ensure continued growth of commercial business
- Be onsite for jobs as needed to ensure high-quality and efficient work is being done
- Negotiate and maintain pricing with supply houses
- Work with Human Resources to identify, interview and hire new Technicians

- You are proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint). Service Titan experience is a plus!
