We are looking for motivated, results-oriented individuals to join our nationwide network of commercial loan brokers. If you possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for real estate finance, this is your opportunity to build a lucrative career with uncapped earning potential.
As a key liaison between commercial real estate investors and financial institutions, you'll play a vital role in facilitating loan acquisitions and empowering businesses to grow. With our national reach and extensive funding resources, you'll have the tools and support you need to succeed.
This is a remote, commission-based position with a minimum requirement of two loans closed per month. Your income potential is unlimited and directly tied to your success.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with prime referral sources like Commercial Banks and Credit Unions, CPAs, Financial Planners, Attorneys (specializing in bankruptcy, real estate, estate planning, and divorce), and Realtors.
- Conduct insightful interviews to gauge financial eligibility and loan viability.
- Collaborate closely with team members throughout the loan process.
- Reach out and follow up on local leads provided by our company.
Qualifications:
