Job Title: Commercial Masonry Estimator
Salary:$80,000 - $100,000 annually, based on experience

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Masonry Estimator with 3 years of experience in commercial masonry projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of structural and architectural drawings, experience in 3D modeling, and a proven track record of large project estimations ranging from $10M to $20M . The role involves tracking and pursuing outstanding bids and building lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and detailed masonry estimates for commercial projects, focusing on higher education, K-12, military work, and retail.
- Utilize Tradesman's Master Estimating software for masonry to create and manage estimates effectively.
- Analyze project drawings and specifications to assess material and labor costs.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure bid accuracy and address any concerns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors to facilitate future bidding opportunities.
- Track, follow up, and pursue outstanding bids to increase project acquisition.
- Stay updated on industry trends and materials to provide the best estimations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial masonry estimation.
- Familiarity with Tradesman software is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of structural and architectural drawings.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software.
- Experience with large-scale projects in the $10M to $20M range.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships.
- Must be computer literate with the ability to adapt to new software.
- A degree is not required; relevant experience and knowledge are valued.
