Role: Commercial HVAC Maintenance Sales Representative

The Commercial Maintenance Sales Representative is responsible for driving maintenance and service sales by strengthening relationships with existing customers and forging new relationships with new commercial clients.  You will be the focal point between the technical team and the client to provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Sales Process
• Client Relationship Management
• Market Analysis and Business Development

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma; Bachelor Degree in Related Field Preferred
• Current Driver’s License and Insurability
• Ability to Travel Throughout the Greater Philadelphia Metro Area
• Proven Experience in Sales; Industry Specific Sales Experience Preferred
• Strong Understanding of Mechanical Systems, Maintenance Services, and Applicable Codes

Knowledge Skills, Abilities:

• Strong Interpersonal Skills 
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills
• HVAC Industry Certifications Preferred

Physical Demands:

Candidates should be prepared for a dynamic and active role.  Physical demands include frequent travel to meet clients and attend industry events; extended periods of standing and walking during presentations and trade shows; regular use of computers and communication devices; and the ability to independently lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 60 pounds.

Working Conditions:

Occasional work in outdoors and unfinished/unconditioned spaces without regard to weather and temperature.  Must be comfortable working at height on ladders, lifts, and roofs.  Must be comfortable working in confined spaces.
