A respected Mississippi bank is confidentially seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Officer to join their dynamic team in North Mississippi. This is a great opportunity for a results-driven professional with a proven track record in commercial lending, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to structure complex loan transactions. The ideal candidate will be adept at assessing clients’ financial needs, evaluating risk, and providing tailored financing solutions to businesses across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loan Origination & Structuring: Lead the origination and structuring of commercial loans to meet clients' financial needs while managing risk.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with business clients, becoming their trusted financial advisor.
• Risk Management & Compliance: Assess risk and ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Loan Portfolio Management: Manage an existing loan portfolio, ensuring timely repayments and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Business Development & Networking: Drive new business by leveraging your network, market knowledge, and industry reputation.
• Team Collaboration & Mentorship: Collaborate across teams and mentor junior staff to improve overall performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience as a Commercial Loan Officer with a successful track record.
• Strong business development and risk management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
