About the Company - Our client is a Bank & Trust company seeking an experienced a C&I Lender to join the Miami location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our loan portfolio, ensuring compliance with lending regulations, and maintaining strong relationships with the banks clients and extensive experience in lending.

About the Role - Loan Origination and Management, evaluate and approve or deny loan applications based on creditworthiness, collateral, and risk. Develop and maintain a diverse loan portfolio, including commercial, residential, and consumer loans. Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessment for loan applicants and strong Customer Relationship Management.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in lending, preferably within a community bank setting

2+ years of management experience

In-depth knowledge of lending regulations, credit analysis, and risk management
