What You’ll Do:

• Support Local Farmers: Manage and expand a portfolio of agricultural loans, providing customized financial solutions to local producers and agribusinesses.
• Be a Trusted Advisor: Build lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and offering tailored lending strategies.
• Leverage Your Expertise: Utilize your experience in commercial and agricultural lending to assess creditworthiness, structure deals, and ensure compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in commercial and agricultural lending (5+ years preferred).
• A strong book of business in the agricultural sector.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A knack for building long-term relationships and earning client trust.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, agriculture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
