About the Job
High-profile, international law firm is seeking an exceptional Commercial Litigation Paralegal to assist very busy attorneys with a wide variety of tasks and projects in their Dallas office! This role reports to the Manger of Paralegal Services.
Responsibilities:
-Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation from case initiation through trial.
-Assist with calendaring case deadlines.
-Assist with and draft court filings and preparations in Federal Courts and Texas State Courts.
-Assist with document collection, organization, review, and productions.
-Assist with drafting and responding to discovery requests.
-Proofread court briefs and discovery documents.
-Assist with deposition, meeting, or interview preparations.
-Assist with all aspects of trial and arbitration preparations.
-Ability to travel and attend trials and arbitrations.
-Cite-check references and/or caselaw in briefs.
-Prepare various charts and indices.
-Coordinate with external vendors.
-Perform various day-to-day case management tasks.
-Mentor and provide guidance to junior paralegals and legal assistants as needed.
-Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
-Must be proficient with Texas and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
-Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe.
-Experience with eDiscovery Databases (Relativity, LiveNote, etc.).
-Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
-Flexible and able to multi-task, balancing priorities and tight deadlines.
-Proactive and able to handle efficiently handle multiple projects and client matters simultaneously.
-Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Superior analytical and reasoning abilities.
-Ability to work independently and part of a team, with members across multiple offices.
-Willingness to work Paid overtime.
Experience:
-Bachelor's Degree is a plus!
-5+ years litigation experience.
-Paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program preferred.

Salary: Highly competitive salary will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations! This is a hybrid position-3 days in the office and 2 remote!
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 85,000.00 115,000.00 Per Year
