Commercial Litigation Paralegal - Beacon Hill

Beacon Hill Legal is looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in fact investigation, legal research, document preparation, database management, case management, and client service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of litigation procedures and technology, with experience in trial preparation and e-discovery platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with fact investigation, legal research, and document preparation.
• Manage case files and coordinate with Paralegal Assistants when needed.
• Prepare materials for depositions, hearings, and trials, and assist with trial preparation and attendance.
• Use trial presentation software (e.g., OnCue, Trial Director).
• Draft pleadings, discovery documents, and coordinate filings and service.
• Collect and summarize medical and other relevant records.
• Maintain case calendars and docketing.
• Communicate effectively with clients and anticipate attorney needs.
• Mentor junior paralegals or assistants as required.
• Participate in internal CLE programs and stay updated on industry trends.
• Meet annual billable hour target of 1500 hours.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's or paralegal certificate preferred.
• Experience with trial presentation software and e-discovery platforms required.

• Strong communication skills for frequent client interactions.
• Familiarity with Relativity and other litigation support technology.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
