The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing all facets of commercial litigation and dispute resolution. This includes drafting pleadings, managing discovery, conducting depositions, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court. The Commercial Litigation Attorney will be responsible for handling a portfolio of high-stakes, complex commercial disputes, providing strategic advice and counsel to clients, and working collaboratively with our legal team to achieve successful outcomes.

The Commercial Litigation Attorney will be responsible for handling a portfolio of high-stakes, complex commercial disputes, providing strategic advice and counsel to clients, and working collaboratively with our legal team to achieve successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial litigation, including contract disputes, business torts, shareholder disputes, and complex commercial litigation.
- Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
- Represent our clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
- Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on various business and legal risks.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with at least 7 years of commercial litigation experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in contract law, corporate law, and mediation.
- Exceptional legal writing skills with the ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents.
- Proven experience managing complex commercial litigation, including experience in trial preparation and courtroom representation.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful dispute resolution.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, opposing counsel, and team members.
- High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and gravitas.
