Commercial Litigation Attorney - Gpac

A well-recognized California business law firm is seeking an accomplished attorney with trial experience to join their dynamic team. The firm handles a variety of civil and commercial matters, including employment, contract, class actions, insurance defense, liability, personal injury, trust & estates and business planning and more. The hired attorney will be trusted to manage a diverse caseload from intake to settlement or trial. The ideal candidate will have extensive trial experience, demonstrate exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping individuals and businesses through complex, high stakes issues.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in complex commercial litigation, insurance defense, and/or employment and other business disputes
• First chair trial experience
• Adept at conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions, preparing and arguing motions
• Possess superior communication skills and collaborative abilities in a collegial environment
• Proficient in managing multiple cases and meeting deadlines efficiently
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admitted and in good standing with the California bar
