Commercial Litigation Attorney - Larson Maddox

We are partnered with a highly reputable client looking to bring on a Litigation Attorney to join their Commercial Litigation practice group. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of litigation experience at a law firm and be able to demonstrate proficiency in various litigation phases including discovery, deposition, motion drafting, and courtroom experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple legal cases at different stages of progression
• Represent clients in complex litigation cases at local, state, and federal level
• Handle a wide range of litigation such as commercial disputes, insurance coverage, real estate, corporate issues, etc.
• Draft comprehensive legal documents such as briefs, complaints, and motions

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of litigation experience as a licensed attorney at a law firm
• Deposition experience
• Active PA bar license
• J.D. from an accredited university
