The firm is actively seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Experienced in trial litigation, preferably civil litigation, insurance defense, medical malpractice, construction, labor defense litigation.
• Attorney would primarily be appearing in court in NY.
• Must be able to work with little supervision

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of commercial litigation experience preferred.
• Must be licensed in NY
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Writing samples are required for submission.
• Proven ability to handle complex litigation matters from inception through trial.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
