Commercial Litigation Attorney - Direct Counsel, LLC

Direct Counsel is seeking a junior-to mid-level associate attorney with 3-4 years of experience to join a Commercial Litigation Group of a leading national litigation firm. The candidate would work on a variety of matters in state and federal court and work with some of the largest and well-known companies across a broad range of industries.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience in complex commercial litigation, including, but not limited to, business disputes, corporate governance, class actions, antitrust, false advertising, and/or securities
• A strong academic record, having earned a J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited school and having graduated in the top 30% of the class
• Must be admitted to practice law in the state of California
• Courtroom experience
• Prior experience with an AM Law 100 firm, preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional work ethic

Benefits

The expected annual salary for this position ranges from $235,000 – $270,000. The salary offered will be determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to experience level, education/training, and relevant skills. Associates also participate in an excellent performance and hours-based bonus program.
