We are seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling complex commercial disputes and litigation matters. As a Commercial Litigation Attorney, you will play a pivotal role in representing our clients in various legal proceedings and providing strategic counsel to achieve favorable outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, employment disputes, and other commercial disputes.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies and provide sound legal advice to clients.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to effectively manage cases and meet client expectations.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional client service throughout the litigation process.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Massachusetts Bar (in good standing).
- 1+ years of experience practicing commercial litigation law.
- Strong litigation skills, including experience with all phases of the litigation process.
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
