A reputable law firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Litigation Attorney with 2-4 years of experience to join their dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a proven track record of handling complex commercial litigation matters, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in a variety of commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, business torts, securities disputes, and other complex business issues.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and briefs.
- Manage all aspects of litigation, including case strategy, pre-trial preparation, and settlement negotiations.
- Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials, as required.
- Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to effectively resolve disputes.
- Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients to support their business objectives.
- Stay current on legal developments and case law relevant to commercial litigation.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar admission and good standing in the state of Georgia
- 2-4 years of experience in commercial litigation.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency in legal research.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A results-driven approach with excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
