Our client is seeking a Senior Commercial Litigation Associate with 6-8 years of experience to join their thriving Commercial Litigation Group in Phoenix, AZ.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in handling complex business and commercial litigation matters, including:

• Managing multiple cases and overseeing day-to-day client and matter management.

• Researching complex legal issues and preparing detailed legal memoranda.

• Drafting and arguing motions before the court.

• Drafting and responding to discovery requests.

• Taking and defending depositions.

Qualifications

• Strong academic credentials.

• Demonstrated ability to lead litigation matters independently.

• Enthusiasm, dedication, and the skill set required for partnership potential.

• Experience in complex commercial litigation is essential.

• Admission to the Arizona Bar or eligibility to obtain admission.
