We are seeking a Business Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation for our Woodbridge office. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent writing skills, and thorough knowledge of State and Federal Rules of Procedure. Experience with depositions, arguing motions, and court appearances is essential. NJ Bar membership in good standing is required.
