Responsibilities
CL Processing is a data processing team. Their main role is to support both the Commercial Lines Account Managers & Life and Health Department with data & document retrieval & delivery along with some payment monitoring. The documents they process could come from the company or an insured to be delivered to the appropriate employee; or from an employee to be delivered to the client for signature via DocuSign. Sometimes tasks do overflow into the Personal Lines side of the agency. Our overall goal is to help relieve these types of behind-the-scenes tasks, so our customer-facing teams can be freed up to connect with our clients and assist them when they reach out to us. We have a mixture of tasks, some are pretty much the same every day, other tasks help to mix things up and keep us on our toes. It's really a nice balance. It is important that the tasks preformed are processed in a timely manner and with accuracy, but also being flexible and willing to support our customer facing teams to get the job done.
