We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines New Business Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing our new business in the marketplace, binding coverage and completing the new business process, helping DHW drive business growth.

Required skills for success:

Exceptional expertise in insurance and coverage
Strong organizational skills with a talent for prioritization and multi-tasking
Proficiency in client interaction and relationship management
Comprehensive understanding of the insurance marketplace
Bonus: Experience handling large and complex property accounts and serving schools

Ideal candidate will have:

Active California Property and Casualty insurance license
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the insurance industry
Construction background a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proactive problem-solving mindset
AMS360 knowledge is a plus
