Title: Commercial Lines Manager

This position is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers, using commercial property and casualty insurance knowledge to service existing accounts, develop new business, and manage communications with clients and carriers according to agency policies.

• Position Summary: Providing hands on concierge level service to middle & large market commercial accounts in a variety of industries.
• The team: 7 Middle – Large Market Commercial Lines Account Managers, 5 Small Business Commercial Lines Account Managers, 8 Processors

Relevant experience we’d like to hear about:

• Professional experience within an independent agency
• Range of account sizes and client industries managed
• Proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems such as AMS360
• Active Property & Casualty License Professional Insurance certifications and/or designations (e.g. CISR, AAI, ARM, CIC)
