You'll be assisting the account managers with preparing invoices, reviewing, and processing endorsements, policy checking and issuing binders and ID cards. Other tasks include prepping policies for delivery and maintaining accurate policy and insured info in our agency management system (EPIC). You're great at: Ideally, you'll be well versed in customer service, with excellent verbal and written communications. You should also have at least 2 years insurance experience and if you have worked with EPIC before that is a plus. Working with Microsoft Office products is a daily occurrence and strong knowledge in these applications will help. The expected hourly range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope, and level.
