Commercial Lines Account Manager – Independent Insurance Agency – Base Salary to 75k/year – Lake Zurich, IL

• Our client, an 75+ year family-owned insurance agency in the Lake Zurich, IL area has an immediate need for a skilled Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team. This family-owned & growth-focused agency provides a comprehensive range of personal, employee benefits, and commercial insurance products.
• The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be an integral and key player in the growth of the team. The Commercial Lines Account Manager will handle a book of business, ranging from 1 – 3M in premiums.

Responsibilities:

• Service a generalist book of commercial accounts ranging from manufacturers, construction, retail, and non-profits
• Responsible for renewals renewals, proposals, marketing, servicing, etc.
• Internal support provided for tasks like certificates, ID cards, and claims.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of commercial lines experience.
• Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed.
• EPIC experience preferred.

Compensation:

• Base salary to 75k/year plus a performance bonus.
• Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 18 days PTO, 401k plus match, Group Life, Short Term/Long Term Disability, Paid Holidays, Summer Fridays, etc.
• In office for training (length of time is dependent on the individual hired). This role will then shift to 2 days in office, 3 days at home (hybrid schedule).
