As an Account Manager on our team, you will be responsible for handling a book of Commercial Lines accounts working on both renewal and new business opportunities. You will work closely with Associate Account Managers and Producers to provide a seamless client experience. Salary Range: $80000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Monitor account list for accurate and timely renewal of policies while actively trying to round and cross sell.
• Aggressively quoting new business opportunities.
• Assisting with applications, prepare renewals, and issuing Certificates of Insurance as requested.
• Responding to queries, problem solving, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Obtain and ensure current and accurate information and document it per agency standards.
• Interact with clients in a professional manner in all communications, including telephone, emailand in person.

• 3-5 years insurance experience, independent agency experience a plus.
• Computer and technical proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detailed oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Property and Casualty License
