Job Posting: Commercial Account Manager
We’re looking for a motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a close-knit team going into the new year. This role is ideal for someone skilled in managing client relationships, providing excellent service, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients
- Provide exceptional service to address client needs and inquiries
- Actively manage renewals and policy changes to ensure satisfaction
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Assist in developing new business through referrals and networking
- Partner with clients to understand and meet their insurance needs
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of general commercial lines.
- Hold a valid Property & Casualty State Insurance License.
- Familiarity with EPIC or AMS360 software is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
