Responsibilities:
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

2. Analyzing policies and proposing suitable coverage options to meet clients' unique needs.
3. Preparing and presenting detailed proposals to clients.
4. Handling renewals and issuing certificates as required.
5. Providing exceptional customer service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
6. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
7. Collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
8. Keeping up-to-date with changes in the commercial insurance industry and advising clients accordingly.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Commercial Lines Account Manager role will have the following qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance, specifically in commercial lines including property and casualty.
2. Proven track record of managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts.
3. Excellent knowledge of policy analysis, proposal creation, and handling renewals.
4. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and maintain client satisfaction.
5. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in simple terms.

8. A Property and Casualty license is required.
