MAKE A DIFFERENCE
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager SBU at Crest, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their insurance needs, preparing quotes, and processing policy documentation accurately and efficiently. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention, as well as build strong relationships with insurance carriers to negotiate the best terms for clients. This role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and insurance regulations, as well as handle any client inquiries or claims promptly.
Your problem-solving skills and attention to detail will be key in managing multiple accounts effectively and providing excellent service to our clients.
