We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing a portfolio of commercial lines clients, providing world-class customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Commercial Lines Account Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Managing a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts, including property and casualty insurance.
2. Reviewing and analyzing policy endorsements and providing strategic recommendations to clients.
3. Issuing certificates of insurance (COIs) and managing policy renewals to ensure continuous coverage for clients.
4. Developing and presenting comprehensive and customized insurance proposals to meet clients' unique needs.
5. Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
6. Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance, specifically in commercial lines, property, and casualty.
2. Proficiency in policy analysis, endorsements, certificates of insurance (COIs), and policy renewals.
3. Exceptional customer service skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop and present comprehensive insurance proposals.
5. A strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
6. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they escalate.
