Commercial Lines Account Manager - The Misch Group

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our boutique insurance agency in Salt Lake City, Utah. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a full service circle of the new and renewal Commercial Insurance Accounts for our mid-size business customers. Your primary role will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients by processing their insurance policies and ensuring that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of new and renewal Commercial Insurance Accounts.

• Provide excellent customer service to mid-size business customers.

• Process data entry, coverage verification, endorsement processing, invoicing and issuance of certificates of insurance.

• Communicate with clients and underwriters regarding submission and marketing.

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders.

• Attend meetings with clients to discuss insurance needs and provide advice and solutions.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure all clients' needs are met.
