As a key player in this role, you’ll oversee a portfolio of clients, drive growth, and collaborate closely with our Producers to assist and ensure seamless day-to-day performance. You’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing client experiences, strengthening relationships with both clients and insurance carriers, and driving the success of the department.
What You’ll Do:
- Client Relationship Management: Take the reins in managing a select group of clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Efficiency Expert: Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, increase productivity, and improve departmental operations.
- Growth Driver: Help meet and exceed agency goals while contributing to a culture of success and performance excellence.
- Client Experience Champion: Continuously elevate the client service process to ensure an outstanding experience every step of the way.
- Carrier Relationship Builder: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with insurance carriers to enhance service and coverage options.
- Embrace New Challenges: Grow alongside the agency, taking on new responsibilities and opportunities as we expand.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Entry level expereince
- Licensing: Active Property & Casualty license required.
- Tech Savvy: Experience with a management system and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
- Collaborative Spirit: Looking for an individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and supports the success of others. This is an independent agency with a close-knit team, so collaboration and a team player attitude is a must.
