Commercial Lines Account Manager - Hilb Group

The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious ­­­­­Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Roseland, NJ. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office/hybrid position.

Responsibilities:

• Claims handling as needed.
• Remarketing of Renewals
• Carrier Portals
• New Business Marketing
• Contributing to a positive workplace environment
• Ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in both AMS 360 and ImageRight platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel, Dialpad, Google Teams.
• 5-10 years’ experience in Middle Market to Large Commercial Accounts
• P&C Licensed and CISR designation preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Detail orientated and superior organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as be a team player demonstrating collaboration.
