Commercial Lines Account Manager - Oxford Solutions, Inc

Direct hire opening with our client for a Commercial Lines Account Manager. In this role, you will be the primary contact for clients and carriers, ensuring the seamless management of commercial accounts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and insurance carriers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions to meet their needs.
• Manage the ongoing administration of commercial accounts, ensuring all client requirements are met efficiently and accurately.
• Lead the account renewal process, including policy review, coverage recommendations, and pricing discussions.
• Maintain and update accurate client records, including policy documentation and communication logs.
• Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate terms, coverage, and rates that align with client needs.
• Provide guidance and expertise to clients regarding property and casualty insurance products and services.
• Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property and casualty account management.
• P&C Agency License required 
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in using agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
