Commercial Lines Account Manager (Onsite Long Island) - Ultimate Staffing Services

Position Overview: The Commercial Lines Account Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of commercial lines insurance policies and maintaining great working relationships with multiple insurance carriers. In this role, you will negotiate and secure the most appropriate insurance coverage based upon clients' needs for both new and renewal business. You will also oversee clients' accounts by responding to inquiries, explaining coverages and premiums, informing of policy or billing changes, and facilitating the claims process between clients and the adjuster. In addition, you will research and resolve all moderate and complex customer service problems relating to coverage issues, billing discrepancies, etc. in a timely manner. You must have excellent communication skills, be a licensed team player, and be organized with attention to detail.

Our newly remodeled office is open Monday through Friday, 9AM-4:30PM EST.

This is a hybrid position based out of our office located in Ronkonkoma, NY.

Professional Responsibilities:

·Markets client's accounts to negotiate and secure the most appropriate insurance coverage based upon clients' needs for both new and renewal business.

·Oversees clients' accounts by responding to inquiries, explaining coverages and premiums, informing of policy or billing changes, and facilitating the claims process between clients and the adjuster.
