RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the marketing of renewals, drafting and preparing renewal client proposals,as required
- Processing of endorsements
- Issuing certificates,evidencesand ID cards
- Maintain and keep current, all bookkeeping systems,databaseand records
- Processing Non-Pay Cancellations and resolving billing issues
- Providing superior customer support - manage customer needs to a successful and timely resolution
- General miscellaneous tasks as required
- Preferred - 1+ years Commercial Lines experience
- NJ Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License required
- Customer service oriented - ability to put yourself in the shoes of the customer
- Proficient in Microsoft O365 (i.e.word, excel, etc.)
- Familiar with Agency Management Systems and Carrier websites is a plus
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Flexibility to adapt to organizational needs as required
