We are seeking a dynamic and accomplished Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. This position offers a unique blend of analytical and client interaction responsibilities, providing an exciting opportunity for a seasoned insurance professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving growth through strategic risk management and policy analysis. Responsibilities:
1. Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients, developing strong relationships and understanding their unique insurance needs.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving queries and issues promptly and professionally.
3. Analyze and assess risks to provide appropriate coverage solutions, utilizing your knowledge of commercial insurance products.
4. Prepare and present comprehensive insurance proposals and renewals, ensuring clients are adequately informed and satisfied.
5. Process policy endorsements, certificates, and changes in a timely and accurate manner.
6. Collaborate with team members, underwriters, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
7. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and emerging risks to provide informed advice and solutions.
8. Contribute to team and company goals, demonstrating a commitment to professional growth and excellence.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance, specifically in account management, customer service, and risk management.
2. Proficient in policy analysis, with a deep understanding of commercial property and casualty insurance.
3. Experience in managing endorsements, certificates, proposals, and renewals.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong client relationships.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to assess risks and devise solutions.
6. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
7. A positive and professional attitude, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
8. Proficiency in using insurance-related software and systems.
9. Insurance designations such as CIC, CRM, or CPCU are considered an asset.
10. A valid Property and Casualty license.
